In the time period between 1910 and 1915, this building housed the Cirkalis Commercial School, but later – the Auce 6-Year Elementary School, which was attended by the writer Irma Grebzde from 1920 to 1926. Needless to say, it is one of the most beautiful buildings in Auce.
