In the greenhouses of the homestead Dārzniecība one can take a closer look at the large variety of vegetables, flower seedlings, and flowers, such as geraniums and petunias. Flower seedlings and early vegetables are grown in two heated greenhouses. One can see various flower combinations in hanging flowerpots. In the winter, spring onions and calla lilies are grown in the greenhouses.
In early spring, various flowerpots and seedlings of early tomatoes, cucumbers, and salad are offered. When visiting the horticultural enterprise, the visitors can try the early cucumbers and witness the flowering of tomato plants. Seedlings and vegetables can be purchased on the Dobele market or at the homestead.
