Daudziņi is the home to the always-busy Otikovs family who grow crops, potatoes, onions, and other traditional cultures on a field with a total area of 60 ha. However, the visitors are mostly attracted by its peculiarity characteristic only to this farmstead. At least 60 different species of tomatoes, sweet peppers, chili peppers, unusual cucumbers, melons, and some unusual fruits such as kiwanos and bitter melons, grow in five large greenhouses. There is also plenty to see on the field – melons, watermelons, ground cherries, herbs, salads, and other vegetables. The visitors are offered a tour around the farmstead, consultations, and purchase of vegetables.
