Alone or accompanied by friends, everyone can visit the farmstead Vizbuļi run by Laima together with her husband Andris and their son Jānis. More than 20 different kinds of vegetables and herbs are grown without any chemicals on a field of an area of 4 hectares. In the greenhouses, you will find tomatoes, cucumbers, and eggplants. Laima Hercberga also grows ancient and rare varieties of vegetables, seeking to find and select the best and tastiest ones. Cows graze in the green meadows with only grass, hay, water, and, of course, fresh air and sun on their menu. Their task consists in providing the farmstead with organic fertiliser. During the visit, the hostess offers to show the visitors her fields and tell more about organic farming methods. Vegetables and their seeds can be bought on site or ordered.
