On the first floor of the cottage, there is a bath-house with a small lounge to chat, have some tea, and relax after enjoying the bath-house. On the second floor, there is a larger room for celebrations that can hold up to 30 persons. On the third floor, there are 3 double rooms. However, additional beds can be accommodated. In the summer, guests can use the large celebration hall (for up to 120 persons) located in a separate building. The cottage offers spacious premises for wedding receptions, birthday parties, christening celebrations, graduation parties, high school reunions, banquets, sports games, and other occasions. There is a large yard with a pond, gazebo, picnic place, and outdoor fireplace beside the cottage.
