Bēne Manor House

Built in the time period between 1876 and 1878, the Bēne Manor House has survived to the present day, albeit after undergoing partial reconstruction. The extension of Bēne Manor House currently houses the Bēne Community Centre but the manor house itself – the Parish Council. In the nearby ravine, one can see the Rivulet Auce with the historical brick bridge over it and the new Bēne open-air stage. Moreover, the visitors can take a walk to explore other manor buildings that have been preserved – the cattle-shed, the large granary, the servants’ house, and the water and steam mill. The road to the manor house and park is highlighted by an alley of linden trees which makes one feel welcome when walking down the alley.
